Paws and Claws Petcare was the FIRST ever dog walker services in the Falkirk Area and was established in 2005. Pets play an important role in our lives and the volume of pet service providers in the Central area proves that we all care greatly about our furry friends. Whether you are out at work all day, or just have a hectic schedule, most dog owners find it hard to always give their pets the exercise they need or deserve.
Paws and Claws philosophy is to treat every dog as if it was our own. So while you're busy life takes you here, there and everywhere, your pooch is in the best possible hands: being walked by a reliable and responsible dog walker, playing games, and having fun in the park.

I have been a Gamekeeper for 25 years and around dogs all my life.
They all used to help me in different aspects of my job and training my gun dogs was all part of my day to day work.
Paws & Claws Dog walking center was created by Andy and Julie who are likeminded people in their passion for dogs, and employ a team who are equally passionate.
Our aim is to delight dog owners and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our dogs.
I decided to pursue a career in being a dog walker and offer training, as I felt the skills and training experience I had learned over the years from both the experts and qualified dog trainers, I would love to share.

My walks take place in a variety of safe country areas around Falkirk.
All walks are guaranteed to be either 30 or 60 minutes long and pick up and drop off times are not included.
Our favourite spots to have our walks are always "off road" ensuring the dogs get all the benefits of exercise and enjoy themselves safely, in a natural environment away from traffic.

I mainly do group walks.
As your dog develops within the group walks it gives them the opportunity to explore the pack environment, something many dogs do not experience.
I like the dogs to have off-lead freedom so they can run and explore in the group walks but I will tailor my services to whatever suits both you and your dog best.
I can also offer SOLO walks for those dogs that prefer their own company.
I transport the dogs in a fully equipped van that has professionally fitted transporter cages.

Not all of our beloved pets need walking, so I also offer a small animal care service, where I can go in once or twice daily to feed, exercise and play with your pet.
I can lift your mail and generally keep an eye on the house.
And to make your return journey home even better, have a loaf of bread and a pint of milk in the fridge waiting on you.

Rain, wind or snow, or occasionally the odd summers day, you'll find us walking the miles of white sandy dunes of "Tentsmuir Beach", at Leuchars in St Andrews whilst on Puppies on Tour.
We collect your pet around 9am on the first Saturday of every month and head off to the beach for the day.
We spend the day going for a swim if we're brave, playing fetch, and frolicking in the sand with our friends, and even get a doggy picnic at half time.
Puppies on Tour will return your dog around 5pm, with their party bag and sand between their digits and you'll be guaranteed your dog will come back absolutely exhausted and you'll have a quiet Saturday night.
