Hemel Grooming Studio is a family run business & Jordan is the Head Groomer. Jordan completed & qualified as a Level 2, City & Guilds Groomer, at Oaklands College, St Albans, several years ago, but in order to enhance his skills further, he went onto complete another year and pass an advanced City & Guilds, Level 3 Grooming qualification, also with Oaklands College.
He has been working within the Dog Grooming Industry for over 8 years, for Grooming Establishments in St Albans, Radlett and Potters Bar, and now Hemel Hempstead. Hemel Grooming Studio will give your dog his own allotted appointment time, with time scheduled in to talk with Groomer, before and after, and we do not use cages for waiting dogs. To make it as stress-free as possible, we do not rush the treatment, but give your dog the care and attention he deserves.
You will be given a collection time, and contacted if earlier collection is possible. For our future reference, each dog has his very own photo profile record, so cut and styling stays just how you like it!

Services
A full groom includes a bath, brush or hand strip, hand drying, clipping, scissoring, nails, ears and anal glands (if needed).
It is assumed that you will bring your dog to us in a Normal Condition.
That is; that you brush your dog at home (right down to the skin) regularly between appointments.
We will not attempt to de-matt excessively matted dogs, as this is unkind to the dog and not in the best interest of the dog's health and welfare.
If your dog's coat is severely matted, we may ask your permission to give your dog a clip-off (a short cut), to remove all mats and give your dog's coat a fresh start.
