K9 Clip & Shine is a Professional Dog Grooming Salon in Northamptonshire that offer a friendly, personal and caring approach to cater for your pets grooming needs. We are Fully insured, Vet recommended and a member of the Pet Industry Federation. Our experience in safeguarding animal welfare means we will happily accept nervous or problem dogs too.
I have had a profound love for dogs ever since childhood, and we have always had one as a pet for as long as I can remember. So I know what a central and loving part of any family they play and how important it is as a responsible pet owner to ensure that your dog is well maintained and looked after.
For the last 20 years I have been a member and dog handler of the Duston German Shepherd Dog Training Club and I am a former member of the 'Pacesetters' Dog Display team that travel up and down the county to raise money for Guide Dogs for the Blind.Being a member of the DGSDTC brought me into contact with many different dog owners and I was often asked if I would look after peoples pet dogs while they were away on holiday.

We now offer two ways for you to arrange a booking with us.
Ideally we'd welcome your call so that we can discuss your exact requirements and your dog's groom to assess the time required for the appointment.
You can now also book online.
Alternatively you may wish to select a date and time suitable for you to bring your pet into us.
This information helps us to ensure we accommodate and support any special requirements or needs your dog may have and also allow adequate time for the groom.
If you are aware your dog has fleas then please do not bring them into the salon until they have been treated and are clear.

Customer car parking is directly outside the shop, and is accessed through a dropped curb situated within the bus stop that runs off the Welford Road in front of the shop.
Please ensure when entering and exiting the parking area that you are considerate and aware of all pedestrian movements along the pathway that crosses the dropped curb access to our parking area, and also that you are careful of other vehicles using this area of the Welford Road and the Bus stop.
As the dog grooming salon is adjacent to a main road we ask you to please ensure that your Dog is kept on a secure lead at all times when arriving at and leaving the salon.
