At each appointment you will be given a consultation prior to any grooming taking place to insure we fully understand your requirements. Also to ensure I am aware of any concerns, allergies, sensitivities, previous grooming experiences and how you want your dog to look. The Groomer has many jobs other than making the dog look his/her best. They are also responsible for educating the customer on the required home grooming. The groomer can also often be the first person to notice any ailments the dog may have and inform the owner of anything that may look suspicious.
